Get delivery status:

If you choose insured shipping, your delivery can be tracked using the package number. Standard shipping is uninsured.

What are my delivery options?

You can choose between insured shipping and standard shipping (uninsured). If it needs to be really quick, please contact us, we will definitely find an overnight service.

How can I return my item?

Are you dissatisfied with your item? We will definitely find a solution. Please follow the return shipping steps (see terms and conditions) and send us the undamaged goods back after consultation.

Do you ship worldwide?

Some countries don't exactly make it easy to supply them from Austria. If you cannot find your destination in our shipping list, please contact us for a special delivery (+ shipping price calculation)
